Functional and immersive view on a patient heart with Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and pneumoconiosis

Visualization of the patient-specific 3D heart model presents the positioning of the 12-lead ECG electrodes, key anatomical structures of the heart and the relationships between them. Additional insight into cardiac function is provided through pathECGs (averaged electrical activity over time in milliseconds) [1], showing endogenous QRS and RV pacing responses superimposed on the patient’s cardiac model. The combination of the functional and virtual medical imaging was performed in 3Dmedical software, the tool we develop under the i-Team project:
